Customer Care Officer
Job description :
Responsible for Fintech Customer Service and Operational Support
Highlight main issues from all touch points and escalate to related department
dentify issues or improvement items in order to serve customer better in call center
Handles incoming customer service call, emails & chat
Requirements :
Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Min. 1 years working experience in Customer Service, Call Center or Walk in Center Operations from Fintech, Telco or Service Industry

Job Description:
Present, promote, sell, and negotiate products/service with accurate information (e.g. product feature, pricing, and fee)
Responsibility to acquire and on-board new merchants
Analyze the territory/market’s potential and identify new potential business with new merchants
Increase merchants transactions & sales volume, e.g. by doing analysis merchant’s needs, do upselling, and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirement
Maintain relationship with existing merchants
Assist the integration process for partners on-boarding so that the production process is in line with the timeline for immediate LIVE production
Assist merchants in any issues/request; Understand the problems and challenges of merchants and identify ways the business could be better address those heads
Update merchant database in CRM
Handle administrative works related to merchant’s data (e.g. craft new sales proposals and contract renewals)
Prepare periodic report for sales activities
Collaborate with internal team to find solution related to merchants and create merchants satisfaction
Be the face of DOKU to the merchants and be their partner of choice
Requirements:
Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or Accounting
Fluent in English (oral & written) would be plus value
Familiar with B2B Sales and Market Analysis
Have min. 2 years working experiences in digital marketing, e-commerce company, or financial technology
Perfect understanding of latest digital trend and ability to understand customer behavior and expectations
Motivated self-starter, agile, and able to work quickly in a constantly evolving competitive landscape
Good communication, negotiation, persuasive, and presentation skills

Post and process journal entries related to escrow transactions
Process balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements related to escrow transactions
Reconcile account balances and bank statements
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents records
Compile data and prepare a variety of escrow accounting reports
Prepare monthly/yearly closings
Do transaction settlements
Maintain accounting system and accounting documents records

Participate in financial audits and share for a successful audit
