Munculnya ide pembuatan sosis Kanzler berawal dari Bapak Bambang Sutantio dan Mr. Hans Reusch yang berasal dari Jerman. Mereka menemukan banyak produk sosis di Jerman dengan rasa yang enak dan kualitas tinggi, sesuatu yang tidak ditemukan dalam sosis yang dipasarkan di Indonesia. Atas dasar itu, mereka ingin memproduksi sosis yang halal, tanpa MSG, tanpa pewarna buatan, berkualitas premium sesuai SNI serta menggunakan bumbu sosis Jerman yang khas.

Requirements:

-Tekun, teliti, tanggap dan handal

-Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Teknisidi lndustri Makanan lebih disukai
-Bersedia bekerja shift

QC OUTGOING
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– INSPECTED OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS AND CONDUCTED THE RANDOM SAMPLING TO ENSURE PRODUCT QUALITY
– DISCARDED AND REJECTED PRODUCTS, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT THAT DID NOT MEET SPECIFICATIONS
– EVALUATED OUTGOING QUALITY / FINISH GOOD FOR COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS
– IDENTIFIED AND REPORT PROBLEMS TO SUPERVISOR/TEAM LEADER
QUALIFICATIONS:
– BACHELOR (S1) / DIPLOMA (D3) DEGREE IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY, BIOLOGY AND INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
– HAVING GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN GMP, FOOD SAFET, HACCP, ISO 22000
– HAVING PASSION IN INSPECTION AND ENSURING THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTIONS, PROCESS MACHINERY AND MATERIALS
– RESPONSIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK IN TEAM OR INDEPENDENTLY
– WILLING WORK IN SHIFT AND TO BE PLACED IN NAROGONG KAB. BEKASI
QC GUDANG BUMBU
Responsibilities:
-Analyzes seasoning material, raw material, intermediates, and finished product samples according to established standard operating procedure.
-Check and prepared all seasoning materials needed in products
-Assist in the running & maintenance of quality & food safety systems (HACCP, GMP & SSOP & other requirement from customers) & its documentation
-Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner and complete all system work\
Qualifications:
-Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology and Nutrition
-Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
-Having good knowledge in GMP, Food safety, HACCP, ISO 22000 implementation
-Having passion in inspection and ensuring the quality of productions, process, machinery, and material
-Responsible and able to work independently

QC INSPECTOR
Responsibilities:
– Inspected outbound shipments and conducted the random sampling to ensure product quality
– Inspected and test incoming raw materials/products according to the established SOP
– Discarded and rejected products, materials and equipment that did not meet specifications
– Identified and report problems to supervisor/team leader
Qualifications:
– Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology, Biology and Industrial Engineering
– Having good knowledge in GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, ISO 22000
– Having passion in inspection and ensuring the quality of productions, process machinery and materials
– Responsible and able to work in team or independently
– Willing work in shift and to be placed in Cikupa. Kab. Tangerang
GMP Daily patrol
Responsibilities:
-GMP Daily patrol all plant areas
-Ensure that safe working practices and procedures are implemented
-Report & Monitoring GMP findings to all departments
-Coaching and counselling employees with disruptive behaviour in GMP procedures

-Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology and Nutrition

Responsibilities:
-Inspected outbound shipments and conducted the random sampling to ensure product quality
-Discarded and rejected products, materials and equipment that did not meet specifications.
-Evaluated incoming quality, im-process quality and outgoing quality for compliance with standards
-Identified and report problems to supervisor/ team leader
